Every Spray Craft job is backed by a written 5-year paint guarantee. Here's exactly what it covers, what could affect it, and how to make a claim.

🛡️ What the Guarantee Covers

When Spray Craft completes your window or door spraying job, you receive a written 5-year paint guarantee covering:

  • Anti-corrosion protection — the paint system is formulated to prevent rust and corrosion on metal frames and hardware.
  • Weather and UV resistance — the 2K paint we use is engineered to withstand Ireland's climate, including rain, frost, and UV exposure, without blistering or peeling.
  • Fade resistance — the colour will not significantly fade under normal outdoor conditions for the duration of the guarantee period.
  • Crack and flake resistance — when our full prep process has been followed, the finish will not crack, flake, or delaminate.
The guarantee applies to the paint system applied by Spray Craft and is valid from the date of completion for five years.

⚠️ What Could Void the Guarantee

The following circumstances may affect or void your guarantee:

  • Physical damage to the surface after completion (e.g. impact, scratching, abrasion).
  • Repainting or touching up the surface with non-approved products without consulting Spray Craft.
  • Chemical damage caused by cleaning agents not suitable for painted surfaces.
  • Damage caused by extreme events outside normal weather conditions (e.g. flooding, fire).
  • Work carried out on the surface by a third party after completion.

📋 How to Make a Claim

If you believe your finish has failed within the guarantee period, here's what to do:

  • Contact Spray Craft directly by phone or email with your name, address, and date of completion.
  • Provide photos of the affected area.
  • We will arrange a site visit to inspect the finish within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If the failure is covered under the guarantee terms, we will rectify the finish at no charge to you.
